If sticking your studs in someone’s face at head height is the same as two people challenging for a header, then you are right, it wasn’t even a foul let alone a red.

Kouyate foot in face exactly same as Mane's earlier in the season. Both boots in the face accidentally. Both should have been reds based on the laws of the game.

Only if you are bent Sven.... man the fuck up... fuck all intent ... you might as well say everytime someone goes up for a header and they clash heads that it'endangers an opponent... or perhaps you can just say it's accidental... fuck me football is shit if people want sending offs for that

Accidents can still be red cards. Obviously.

Re: ⚽ Bournemouth v West Ham - The Official Match Thread FT 3-3
I don’t think King knew Obiang was standing there and it wasn’t part an attempt to go for or play a ball.

Francis kick was accidental but reckless and endangered an opponent. Kouyate was standing upright so you couldn’t argue he has put his head in a dangerous low place.
It was an obvious stonewall RED card that you could use in an FA video to illustrate the Law.

Josh kings elbow on obiang seems to have gone unnoticed.

Discussed on MotD..... looked total accident to me... bit like the boot in the face on Kouyate...

Dermot Gallagher said the foul started outside and could have continued inside the box. Very difficult decision.....

Haven forbid, we got the benefit of the doubt, but with the amount of shit decision we get, we will need a lot more shit decisions in our favour to even things up.

The King incident did look a bit like an accident. He was angry and disappointed in the moment and didn't look like he knew Obiang was there.

Josh kings elbow on obiang seems to have gone unnoticed. Off the ball and totally missed .how the ref is not being suspended is crazy.

Re: ⚽ Bournemouth v West Ham - The Official Match Thread FT 3-3
One quick question regarding the incident yesterday. Might have missed it in all the replies so it might have been covered.

So we see its offside. We see it hits his arm. We see the lino flag and the rest we all know bla bla bla.
When the ref blows for the flag, Wilson says to the ref he didn't touch it thinking it's been flagged offside but it does touch him therefore he's deceiving the ref. Obviously he isn't going to admit it hit his arm I know. But then he admits it hits his arm. Therefore deceiving the ref. A sure ban? West Ham shouldn't let this go. They should ask for a whole enquiry to what the ref said to the lino. What the lino said etc etc

Initial contact was outside the box but it continued inside, therefore a penalty was the correct decision.

goose I'd imagine it would be along the lines of "their fans have giving me stick all game so I'm going to have the last laugh and allow this goal, you keep schtum as the spotlight will be on me and I don't have to say a thing, it's West Ham, no-one takes them seriously so it will all blow over in 24 hours, HAHAHAHA"

i could understand it if the lino had missed the offside and/or the handball........... but for him to be over ruled is what i cant get my head round.
would love to know how that convo went.

didnt Sadio Mane get a red card for a very similar kick in the chops?

lets be honest though, the performance didn't warrant 1 point, let alone 3.
